SUMMARY:BIPOC Leader Peer Circles
DESCRIPTION:NonProfitConnect’s BIPOC Leader Peer Circles are exclusively designed for BIPOC nonprofit leaders including Executive Directors, CEOs, COOs, Vice Presidents and senior level staff.\nBIPOC leaders face a unique set of challenges. They require a tailored space for open dialogue about the topics affecting them personally and professionally.\nFacilitated by Karen Andrade-Mims, CEO Emeritus of The Father Center of New Jersey, these peer circles give BIPOC nonprofit leaders the opportunity to connect with fellow others who share similar journeys, challenges, and triumphs in the nonprofit sector. These supportive spaces foster growth, mentorship, and collaboration.\nPlease note that this program will be focused solely on issues related to racial disparities and equity. Please join our Executive Director peer circle as well to talk about issues specific to Executive Director leadership such as human resources issues and working with your board.\nTo learn more or join an upcoming BIPOC Leader Peer Circles and/or Executive Director Peer Circles, contact Micayla@NonProfitConnectNJ.org\n \n
