
NonProfitConnect Peer Circles for Nonprofit Leaders
NonProfitConnect offers a series of peer circles designed to support nonprofit leaders at different stages of their leadership journey from executive director and financial leadership peer circles to circles focused specifically for board members and equity-centered spaces for BIPOC leaders, these peer circles provide opportunities for meaningful connection, shared learning, strategic problem-solving, and professional growth among peers in the nonprofit sector.
All Peer Circles are hosted over Zoom.

Executive Director Peer Circles
Purpose:
Created for nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs, this peer circle provides a confidential, structured space to learn alongside peers, share challenges, and explore solutions with colleagues navigating comparable roles and responsibilities.
What to Expect:
- Facilitated, peer-driven discussion and collaborative problem-solving
- A trusted environment for candid conversation, reflection, and support

BIPOC Leaders Peer Circles
Purpose:
This series is tailored specifically for BIPOC nonprofit leaders, including Executive Directors, CEOs, COOs, Vice Presidents, and other senior staff. These circles provide a supportive forum to discuss personal and professional challenges that intersect with leadership identity, equity, and systemic issues.
What to Expect:
- Facilitation by Karen Andrade-Mims, CEO Emeritus of The Father Center of New Jersey.
- Safe, supportive space for sharing experiences, challenges, triumphs, and strategies.
- Focused discussion on issues impacting BIPOC leaders in the nonprofit sector.
- Encourages mentorship, networking, and peer support.

NonProfitConnect’s Board Peer Circles are interactive sessions for current or aspiring nonprofit board members to strengthen their board service through peer learning, real-world advice, and shared solutions for board governance challenges.
What to Expect:
- Learn from experienced board members.
- Discuss practical governance issues and best practices.
